POLVORONES TRADICIONALES THERMOMIX
INGREDIENTES
600 g de harina de trigo
50 g de almendras crudas sin piel
280 g de azúcar
180 g de manteca de cerdo
1 cucharadita de canela molida
ELABORACION
Precalienta el horno a 130ºC.
Pon en el vaso la harina y las almendras y pulveriza 30 seg/vel 10. Vierte la mezcla de harina y almendras en una bandeja de horno.
Hornea durante 30 minutos (130ºC) moviendo la mezcla de vez en cuando con la espátula. Retira y deja reposar durante 12 horas (de un día para otro).
Vierte el azúcar en el vaso y pulveriza 30 seg/10. Retira del vaso y reserva.
Pon en el vaso la manteca de cerdo, la canela, 80 g del azúcar glas reservado y la mezcla de harina y almendras fría. Mezcla 30 seg/vel 6 y, en lugar del cubilete, introduce la espátula por el bocal y muévela de lado a lado. Retira la masa del vaso, forma una bola, ponla en una bolsa de plástico y déjala reposar en el frigorífico durante aprox. 30 minutos.
Estira la masa entre 2 laminas de plástico, dejándola de 1 cm de grosor. Corta con un cortapastas y coloca los polvorones en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear. Deja reposar los polvorones durante 12 horas.
Precalienta el horno a 200ºC (solo el grill).
Hornea durante 10-15 minutos a 200 ºC (cuando comiencen a agrietarse, estarán listos) Cuando estén fríos, espolvoréalos abundantemente con el azúcar glas reservado.
Y ya preparados para disfrutar de la Navidad.
