BOCADITOS DE MELOCOTÓN AL KRISSIA
INGREDIENTES
- 6 melocotones en almíbar
- 6 palitos de cangrejo Krissia
- 1 pepinillo en vinagre o 4 alcaparras
- Media cebolla
- 1 lata de atún en aceite
- Mezcla de hojas de lechuga
- Mayonesa
- Decoración;
- tomatitos cherry,
- sucedáneo de caviar, huevas de salmón, o al gusto Rúcula (opcional)
PREPARACIÓN:
Enjuagamos los trozos de melocotón. Les damos la vuelta y sobre la parte semiesférica hacemos un corte para que queden firmes en el plato y no se balanceen. Con una cucharita vaciadora, le hacemos el hueco un poco más grande, para que nos entre más relleno Picamos los palitos de cangrejo el pepinillo o alcaparras en dados muy pequeños y la cebolla muy picadita. En un bol, mezclamos la cebolla, los pepinillos, los palitos de cangrejo, la lata de atún bien escurrida, la lechuga y la mayonesa. Unimos muy bien y lo meteremos en la nevera hasta el momento de rellenar los melocotones. Rellenamos y decoramos con ½ tomatito cherry o con sucedáneo de caviar que le dará color al plato. Servimos muy fríos
También podemos picar unas hojitas de rúcula, lo que le dará un toque refrescante a la mezcla y poner sobre unas tostas de pan de queso, de ajo o el que más nos guste. ¡Es un aperitivo, muy sano, sabroso y económico!!!!Cosa que en estos tiempos es de agradecer,
