ENSALADA DE BRÓCOLI, PIMIENTO Y MANZANA (Thermomix)
INGREDIENTES
300-350 g de ramilletes de brócoli
200 g de pimiento rojo en trozos
1 manzana acida (p. ej.Granny Smith) en cuartos, sin pepitas y cada cuarto en dos.
30 g de piñones
25 g de aceite de oliva virgen extra
15 g de vinagre
½ cucharadita de azúcar
2 cucharaditas de miel
1 ½ cucharaditas de mostaza de Dijon
1 cucharadita de sal
1-2 pellizcos de pimienta negra molida
ELABORACION
Pon todos los ingredientes en el vaso y trocea 6 seg/vel 4. Retira a una ensaladera y sirve.
