MUFFINS DE CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTES
2 huevos
150 gr de azúcar
2 yogures griego
8 cucharadas de aceite de girasol
4 cucharadas de leche
50 gr de cacao en polvo
230 gr de harina
1 sobre de levadura Royal
150 gr de pepitas de chocolate
ELABORACION
Batimos los huevos con el azúcar hasta conseguir que suba la mezcla y claree, agregamos los yogures, el aceite en hilo mientras continuamos batiendo, la leche y continuamos hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea. En un bol, mezclamos el cacao, harina y levadura química Royal, tamizada previamente y agregamos a la mezcla anterior Añadimos las pepitas de chocolate, reservando algunas pocas para la parte superior. Llenamos los moldes para los Muffins unos ¾ de capacidad, ponemos por arriba las pepitas de chocolate reservadas.
Horneamos a 180ºC durante 25 minutos aproximadamente.
