RAMEN CON SALMON Y BRÓCOLI
El Ramen es el plato que más triunfa, es una sopa china de caldo y de fideos, nutritiva, cotidiana, y económica, se hizo muy popular y conquisto Japón y el resto del mundo. No existen las prisas, el alma de un Ramen es un caldo hecho con tiempo .Es la esencia de la sopa. Disfruta del placer de prepararla y conquista tú también a toda tu familia.
INGREDIENTES
1500 gr de agua
1 pastilla de caldo de pescado
2 cucharadas de mirin o de sake
2 cucharadas de salsa de soja
1 cucharadita de salsa de pescado
3-4 pellizcos de sal
1 cucharadita de azúcar
1 anís estrellado
1 chile rojo fresco en rodajas finas (opcional)
300 gr de ramilletes de brócoli pequeños
300 gr de lomo de salmón fresco sin piel (en dados de 2cm)
1 pellizco de pimienta molida
1 cucharadita de aceite de girasol
200 gr de fideos ramen secos
2 trozos de alga wakame deshidratada (aprox. 5 gr) (opcional)
1 cebolleta recta en rodajas oblicuas
1 ramita de cilantro fresco picado
ELABORACION
Pon en el vaso el agua, el caldo, el mirin, la salsa de soja, la salsa de pescado, 1-2 pellizcos de sal, el azúcar, el anís estrellado y la guindilla. Sitúa el recipiente Varoma con los dados de salmón, espolvorea con 2 pellizcos de sal y 1 pellizco de pimienta y riega con 1 cucharadita de aceite. Tapa el Varoma y programa 20 min/Varoma/vel 2. Retira el Varoma. Añade al vaso los fideos y las algas wakame y programa el tiempo indicado en el paquete/100ºC/giro inverso/vel cuchara. Introduce el cestillo y, sujetándolo con la espátula, cuela el caldo en una jarra. Retira del vaso el anís estrellado y reparte en los boles la pasta con las algas, el brócoli y el salmón. Vierte el caldo, decora con la cebolleta y el cilantro y sirve.
