SORBETE DE TOMATE
INGREDIENTES
4 o 5 tomates maduros cortados en cuartos
2 limones pelados sin nada de parte blanca
150-200 g de azúcar, al gusto
8 hojas de albahaca frescas
750 g de cubitos de hielo
ELABORACION
Pon en el vaso los tomates, los limones, el azúcar, la albahaca y el hielo, introduce la espátula por la abertura y muévela de lada a lado mientras tritura 1 min/vel 5-10 progresivamente. Sirve en copas y decora.
