TARTA DE GELATINA DE FRESAS

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 caja de gelatina de fresa
  • 170 g de Royal ½ kg de fresas para cubrir una bandeja
  • ½ litro de nata Asturiana para montar
  • 125 g de azúcar
  • 1 paquete de bizcochos o bizcocho con la medida de la bandeja

ELABORACIÓN

Preparamos la gelatina según las indicaciones de la caja, utilizando los 2 sobres. Lavamos las fresas y las cortamos por la  mitad. Montamos la nata en un bol con el azúcar y reservamos.

Preparación de la tarta: Colocamos  el bizcocho o los bizcochos en una bandeja hasta cubrirla por completo. Ponemos una capa de nata montada y sobre ella, una capa de fresas. Terminamos, cubriendo las fresas con la capa de gelatina. La dejamos en la nevera durante 3 ó 4 horas.
