TARTA GUINNESS (Thermomix)
INGREDIENTES
- 250gr de harina de repostería o de trigo normal
- 75gr de cacao en polvo Valor
- 400gr de azúcar
- 2 cucharaditas y media de bicarbonato
- 250ml de cerveza negra Guinness
- 250gr de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
- 140gr de nata liquida para montar
- 2 huevos
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla
- Para el frosting
- 300gr queso de untar tipo Philadelfia
- 150gr de azúcar glass
- 260gr nata líquida para montar
ELABORACION
Vierte en el vaso de la thermomix, la harina, el cacao, el azúcar y las dos cucharaditas y media de bicarbonato y mezcla todo 15 segundos en velocidad 5. Reserva
Pon en el vaso la cerveza y la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, y mezcla 3 minutos, 50º, velocidad 2,
Añade a lo anterior la nata, la vainilla y los huevos y bate 15-30 segundos en velocidad 2 y medio.
Ahora pon la Thermomix en velocidad 3 sin programar tiempo y vas incorporando la mezcla de harina, azúcar y bicarbonato reservada, hasta que veas que está bien mezclada. Vierte en un molde previamente engrasado.
Hornea a 180º durante unos 50 minutos aprox. Comprueba que está bien cocido metiendo un palito, si sale seco, es que está perfecto
El frosting
Echa el azúcar programando 30 segundos en velocidad progresiva 5-9 para glasear.
Programa velocidad 3, sin tiempo y ve agregando el queso de untar por el bocal. Reserva.
Pon la mariposa en las cuchillas y echa la nata muy fría, monta en velocidad 3 y medio sin programar tiempo, deberás estar muy atento para que no se te pase y hagas mantequilla.
Une la nata montada y la mezcla de glas con el queso de untar con movimientos envolventes, y puedes decorar tu tarta Guinnes.
