VASITO DE PLÁTANO Y DULCE DE LECHE (BANOFFEE PIE)
INGREDIENTES:
200 g de galletas digestive
80 g de mantequilla en trozos
300 g de dulce de leche
2 plátanos maduros (en rodajas de aprox. 5 mm)
400 g de nata (35% de grasa)
100 g de queso cremoso (tipo Philadelphia)
50 g de azúcar glas
10-15 g de chocolate fondant para postres (50% cacao)
PREPARACIÓN:
1. Ponga en el vaso las galletas y la mantequilla y triture 20 seg/vel 7. Vierta la mezcla en un molde desmontable de 22 cms de diámetro y extienda 3 cucharadas de dulce de leche sobre la base de galletas. Coloque encima las rodajas de plátano y cubra con el dulce de leche restante.
2. Coloque la mariposa en las cuchillas. Ponga en el vaso la nata, el queso cremoso y el azúcar glas. Programe vel 3.5 hasta que la nata esté montada (vigile para no batir en exceso y que la nata se haga mantequilla). Retire la mariposa, vierta la nata montada en el molde y alise la superficie con la espátula.
3. Con un pelador de verduras, reparta virutas de chocolate sobre la superficie de la tarta. Reserve 20 minutos en el frigorífico. Corte en porciones y sirva.
