CALAMARES EN SU TINTA THERMOMIX

 

INGREDIENTES

  • 350gr de cebollas
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 70gr de aceite
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 100gr de tomate triturado natural o en conserva
  • 30 gr de harina o 20 de pan rallado
  • 1 kg de calamares cortados en trozos
  • 100gr de vino blanco
  • 4 bolsitas de tinta de calamar
  • Sal y pimienta

ELABORACION

Troceamos las cebollas  y los ajos durante 4 segundos en velocidad 4. Retiramos del vaso  y reservamos. Ponemos en el vaso el aceite, programamos 6 minutos, varoma, velocidad 1. Cuando acabe el tiempo ponemos la hoja de laurel. Añadimos las cebollas con los ajos picados que teníamos reservado programamos 10 minutos, Varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara. Incorporamos el tomate y programamos 5 minutos, temperatura Varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara.
Incorporamos la harina y mezclamos 30 segundos en velocidad 1. Ponemos  los calamares y rehogamos  5 minutos, Varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara. Añadimos el vino, la sal, la pimienta y las tintas de calamar, programamos 20 minutos, Varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara. Acompañamos este plato con un arroz blanco de guarnición. NOTA.- Si los calamares sueltan mucha agua y la salsa queda muy líquida, programamos 5 minutos más a la misma temperatura y velocidad, sin poner el cubilete. Colocamos el cestillo para evitar salpicaduras.
