ARROZ MEDITERRANEO

INGREDIENTES
Caldo
4 dientes de ajo
1 cubilete de hojas de perejil
1 cucharadita de sal
50 gr. de zumo de naranja
30 gr. de zumo de limón
800 gr. de agua
Unas hebras de azafrán
1 cayena (opcional)
Sofrito
100 gr. de pimiento rojo
100 gr. de pimiento verde
200 gr. de tomate natural
2 dientes de ajo
100 gr. de aceite de oliva
Verduras
500 gr. de menestra de verdura congelada
350 gr. de arroz redondo

PREPARACIÓN

Ponemos en el vaso los ajos, el perejil y la sal y troceamos 15 segundos velocidad 4, con la espátula bajamos hacia el interior del vaso. Añadimos el zumo de naranja y de limón, el agua, el azafrán y la cayena, trituramos 20 segundos velocidad 8 sacamos del vaso y reservamos.
Sin lavar el vaso ponemos el pimiento rojo, el verde, el tomate y el ajo, trituramos 6 segundos velocidad 5, bajamos los restos de las paredes del vaso y añadimos el aceite y programamos 5 minutos, 100º velocidad 1. Cuando termine colocamos la mariposa en las cuchillas añadimos la menestra congelada y programamos 7 minutos, 100º giro a la izquierda velocidad cuchara.
Añadimos el arroz y programamos 3 minutos 100º giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara. Añadimos el caldo reservado y programamos 13 minutos temperatura Varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara (colocamos el cestillo apoyado en las patitas para evitar salpicaduras y que evapore mejor
Vertemos el arroz en una fuente de servir amplia y baja para que quede el arroz bien extendido. Lo removemos con la espátula para que absorba el líquido y listo para comer.
