BIZCOCHO DE PLATANO
INGREDIENTES
- 200 gr de mantequilla
- 100 gr de azúcar
- 90 de azúcar moreno
- 4 huevos
- 280 gr de harina
- 1 sobre de levadura
- 2 cuch. de cacao
- 4 cuch .de leche
- una copita de ron
- 50 gr chocolate rallado
- 3 plátanos
- Un puñado de pasas de Málaga
- Nueces o avellanas, opcional
ELABORACIÓN
Batimos la mantequilla con el azúcar blanco y el moreno, hasta que este espumosa, le vamos añadiendo los huevos uno a uno, hasta que no incorporemos el primero no lo haremos con el segundo.
Mezclamos la harina previamente tamizada, la levadura y el cacao, y se lo vamos incorporando poco a poco, alternando con la leche y el ron. Por ultimo, echamos el chocolate rallado, los plátanos aplastados con un tenedor y las pasas.
Si tenemos nueces o avellanas, se las añadimos troceadas.
Horneamos unos 40 minutos a 180º aproximadamente.
