BOMBONES DE AVELLANAS

INGREDIENTES

  • 100 g de muesli crujiente de chocolate
  • 150 g de avellanas tostadas
  • 150 g de chocolate: puede ser negro, con leche o blanco

ELABORACIÓN

Picamos el muesli y la mitad de las avellanas. Fundimos el chocolate elegido al baño Mª. Mezclamos todo en un bol, formamos bolas y colocamos 1 avellana entera en el centro de cada una. Colocamos los bombones en una capsula de papel. Metemos en el frigorífico hasta el momento de servir.
