CALAMARES ENCEBOLLADOS en thermomix

INGREDIENTES para 6 personas

4 galletas María, las galletas tienen gluten, los Celíacos usaran una cucharadita de maicena
3 dientes de ajo
500gr de cebollas en cuartos
1 ramillete de perejil, sólo las hojas
70gr de aceite de oliva virgen extra
1 kilo de calamares cortados en trozos
Media cucharadita de sal
1 pellizco de pimienta blanca o 5 bayas
1/2 cucharada de pimentón dulce
1 hojas de laurel

ELABOACIÓN

Pon las galletas en el vaso y tritura 4 segundos en velocidad 7. Retira y reserva.    Pon los ajos, las cebollas y el perejil y el aceite. Trocea 3 segundos en velocidad 4 y sofríe 4 minutos, 120ºC, velocidad 1. Incorpora los calamares, la sal, la pimienta, el pimentón, el laurel y las galletas reservadas y programa 30 minutos, 100º, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara.
Para reducir la salsa, coloca el cestillo en la tapa en lugar del cubilete y  programa 15 min, Varoma, giro a la izquierda, velocidad cuchara. Vertemos en una fuente y podemos servir con arroz en blanco o patata cocida.
