CARAMELOS HOJALDRADOS RELLENOS DE SALCHICHAS PARA LOS PEQUECHEF
INGREDIENTES
2 planchas de hojaldre
Salchichas coctel o cortadas en cuatro
1 huevo para pintar
ELABORACION
Con la ayuda de un rodillo, extiende el hojaldre y córtalo en 8 cuadraditos. Pon una salchicha sobre cada trozo de masa. Enrolla el hojaldre sobre la salchicha y cuando esté toda cubierta corta los extremos sobrantes y presiona con los dedos para formar un caramelo. Bate el huevo y pinta los caramelos. Enciende el horno a 220ºC.
Pon la bandeja en el horno y hornea durante 10-15 minutos aproximadamente. Retira del horno y deja enfriar sobre una rejilla y ya podemos invitar a los amigos y disfrutar de nuestros caramelos de salchicha.
