CUPCAKES
Estos cupcakes los hice con el bizcocho de naranja del thermomix y también podeis encontrar la receta del pastel de naranja sin thermomix en este blog.
INGREDIENTES
- 175 g de mantequilla
- 175 g de azúcar
- 175 g de harina
- 4 huevos
- Una cucharadita de levadura
- Podemos aromatizar con lo que más nos guste, de limón, vainilla…
ELABORACIÓN
- Mezclamos todos los ingredientes en la batidora hasta que estén muy esponjosos.
- Llenamos los moldes hasta la mitad.
- Horneamos durante 20 minutos aproximadamente.
- Retiramos la bandeja del horno y dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.
