DULCE DE MEMBRILLO MANZANA Y CAQUI

INGREDIENTES

Para 800 g:
300 g de membrillo con piel en trozos y sin pepitas
150 g de manzana reineta con piel en trozos sin pepitas
150 g de caquis con piel en trozos
500 g de azúcar
1 limón bien pelado sin nada de parte blanca y sin semillas
½ cucharaditas de canela molida

ELABORACIÓN
Ponemos en el vaso el membrillo, la manzana, el caqui y el azúcar.
Trocea 10 seg/5.Deja reposar durante aproximadamente 1 hora, esto hará que se oxiden y quedara el membrillo más oscuro.
Añadimos el limón y la canela y trituramos 30 seg/vel 5-10 progresivamente.
Bajamos con la espátula los ingredientes hasta el fondo del vaso.
Programamos 25 minutos /100 g /vel 5.
Colocamos el cestillo sobre la tapa en lugar del cubilete para facilitar la evaporación y evitar salpicaduras.
Programa 10 minutos/100 º/vel 5.
Vertemos la mezcla en un recipiente y dejamos enfriar en un lugar fresco.
