MAGDALENAS CON SEMILLAS DE AMAPOLA
INGREDIENTES
- 1 vaso de yogurt natural, de limón o de vainilla
- 3 huevos
- 3 vasos de azúcar (medida del yogurt)
- 4 vasos de harina (medida del yogurt)
- 1 vaso de aceite de oliva suave (medida del yogurt)
- Ralladura de 1 limón
- 20 g de semillas de amapolas
- 1 sobre de royal
- Glasé
- 200 g de azúcar glasé
- Zumo de limón
ELABORACIÓN
Batimos muy bien, en un bol, los huevos con el azúcar, añadir el yogurt.
Cuando este la crema, añadimos, el aceite, la ralladura de limón y la harina
previamente tamizada con la levadura química y las semillas de amapola.
Mezclamos bien.
Vertemos la preparación en un molde de cake previamente engrasado y enharinado si
fuera necesario, si utilizamos un molde de silicona, nos saltamos este paso.
Horneamos unos 30 minutos aproximadamente en el horno precalentado a 180°.
Glasé: Ponemos el azúcar glas en un bol, añadimos poco a poco el zumo de limón
mientras batimos constantemente, hasta que se convierta en una pasta blanquecina.
Desmoldamos y pintamos la superficie del cake, Dejamos secar y servimos.
