MINI HAMBURGUESAS
Con pocos ingredientes naturales, vamos a disfrutar de una mini hamburguesitas sabrosas y nutritivas con ingredientes de alta calidad en proteínas, hidratos de carbono y vitaminas sin aditivos.
INGREDIENTES
450 gr de carne picada de ternera
150 gr de carne picada de cerdo
Una cucharadita de sal
Una cucharada de miga de pan mojada en leche o una cucharada de pan rallado
1 huevo G
1 cucharada sopera de cebolla cortada y pochada o queso rallado parmesano
5 lonchas de queso
Salsa de tomate o kétchup casero
10 panecillos de hamburguesa caseros
Hojas de lechuga variada y tomates cortados en rodajas,
ELABORACION
En un bol ponemos la carne picada de ternera y de cerdo, salamos, la miga de pan mojada en leche y escurrida suavemente o el pan rallado, el huevo y la cucharada de cebolla previamente picada muy pequeñita y bien pochada, o el queso rallado, mezclamos y removemos con un tenedor hasta que quede homogéneo. Dividimos la masa en 10 partes y vamos sacando bolas. Con la ayuda de un vaso o de una taza y girándola, le damos forma redonda, después las aplastamos suavemente con las manos hasta formar las mini hamburguesas. No hace falta apretarlas mucho para que no pierdan su jugosidad. Tostamos los panecillos para que estén un poco más crujientes. Después ponemos las hamburguesas en una sartén con una cucharada de aceite y las freímos. Una vez estén hechas por un lado, les damos la vuelta y dejamos hasta que estén bien hechas por dentro. Retiramos de la sartén y le ponemos ½ loncha de queso por encima,
Ponemos la parte de debajo del pan, sobre él, unas hojas de lechuga variada, una rodaja fina de tomate, la hamburguesa con el queso, y ya al gusto, un poco de kétchup, terminamos el plato, servimos y nos las comemos inmediatamente calentitas.
