SALSA “PAZ”
PARA PESCADOS Y MARISCOS
INGREDIENTES
- 3 ó 4 dientes de ajo
- 4 aceitunas
- 3 ó 4 alcaparras
- 1 pepinillo
- 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce: tamaño café
- 1 chorrito de Ketchup
- 1 chorrito de mostaza de Dijon
- 1 bote grande de mayonesa
PREPARACIÓN
Troceamos los dientes de ajo, las aceitunas, las alcaparras y el pepinillo. Ponemos los ingredientes en un mortero y majamos. Seguidamente agregamos el pimentón dulce, el ketchup y la mostaza. Mezclamos todo. Vertemos el contenido del mortero a un bote grande de mayonesa y removemos hasta que quede bien integrado. Dejamos reposar la salsa en el frigorífico durante al menos dos días.
NOTA.- Esta salsa es exquisita para acompañar a pescados y mariscos (ideal para langostinos cocidos).Debemos elaborarla con antelación. Puede conservarse en el frigorífico durante largo tiempo, siempre bien tapada.
