SPAGHETTIS CARBONARA
INGREDIENTES
- 30 g de mantequilla
- 80 g de tocino o bacón cortado en cuadraditos
- 2 yemas de huevo
- Aceite
- Un chorro de crema de leche
- 50 g de pasta de spaghetti por persona
- 200 g de queso parmesano
- Sal
- 1 pizca de pimienta
ELABORACIÓN
Se pica bien el tocino y se pasa a una sartén en la que se tiene mantequilla al fuego, y se deja hasta que esté bien dorado, a parte, en un bol, se baten bien, las yemas que se mezclan con el queso, un poco de sal y pimienta y la crema de leche.
Se pone la sartén al fuego con mantequilla, una vez fundida ésta, se incorporan los spaghetti, dejándolos rehogar bien, y el bacón frito.
A continuación se añade el líquido del bol, (yemas de huevo, chorrito de nata, sal, pimienta y el queso) con la precaución de bajar el fuego, mezclado con cuidado para no partir la pasta y abajarlo bien.
Una vez calientes y bien mezclados se sirven en un plato, poniendo otro con más queso rallado por si se desea.

I have really learned new things through the blog post. One other thing to I have noticed is that usually, FSBO sellers will reject people. Remember, they can prefer to not use your companies. But if you actually maintain a gradual, professional relationship, offering aid and staying in contact for about four to five weeks, you will usually manage to win a meeting.
