TARTA DE MANZANA PARA GENTE SENCILLA
INGREDIENTES
- 3 yogures naturales
- 3 huevos
- 3 vasos de azúcar
- 5 cucharadas de harina
- 1/2 sobre de levadura
- 2 ó 3 manzanas golden
- Mermelada de albaricoque
ELABORACIÓN
En un bol, ponemos el azúcar y los huevos, batimos hasta conseguir una mezcla
cremosa, añadimos los yogures y la harina previamente tamizada mezclada con la
levadura.
Ponemos en un molde de silicona si lo tenemos y cubrimos con las manzanas
peladas y cortadas como para tortilla en rodajas.
Metemos en el horno sobre 30 Ó 35 minutos hasta que quede de color dorado.
Cuando salga del horno barnizamos con la mermelada de albaricoque, que si es
necesario porque esta muy espesa, le añadiremos un poco de agua.
Dejamos enfriar y servimos.
