BIZCOCHO LIGERO AL AGUA
INGREDIENTES
- 4 huevos, separando las yemas de las claras
- 1 taza de azúcar (200 g de azúcar)
- 1/2 taza de agua
- 1 taza de harina
- 1/ 2 taza de maicena.
- 1 sobre de royal
- 1 pizca de sal
ELABORACIÓN
Encendemos el horno a 180º.
Batimos bien las yemas hasta que estén claras.
Añadimos el azúcar en tres veces y después vamos incorporando la media taza de agua fría, también tres veces y reservamos.
Aparte en otro bol, tamizamos la harina junto con la maicena, mezclamos con el royal y la sal.
Añadimos a esta preparación, la de los huevos, mezclamos bien.
Aparte, batimos las claras a punto de nieve y mezclamos con el preparado anterior revolviendo suavemente de abajo hacia arriba para que no se bajen. Volcamos todo en un molde mejor de silicona o si no tenemos otro enmantecado y enharinado.
Horneamos a 180º, sobre 30 minutos.
Retiramos del horno, dejamos enfriar y desmoldamos.
