HUEVOS RELLENOS CON JAMON DE YORK
INGREDIENTES
- 4 huevos
- Jamón York
- Mayonesa
- Sal y pimienta
ELABORACIÓN
Se cuecen los huevos y se pelan y cortan por la mitad guardando las yemas.
Se pica el jamón y se mezcla bien con las yemas del huevo prensando con un tenedor. Se mezcla también con mahonesa y se salpimentar al gusto.
Se rellenan los huevos con la preparación. Se puede adornar el plato con perejil y unas hojas de lechuga.
