NAPOLITANAS DE JAMÓN Y QUESO
INGREDIENTES
- 250 g de masa de hojaldre fresca o congelada
- 100 g de jamón cocido
- 100 g de queso cremoso tipo tranchetes
- 1 huevo
- Queso rallado (opcional)
ELABORACIÓN
Precalentamos el horno a 200º.
Extendemos el hojaldre sobre la mesa, espolvoreada con harina ligeramente.
Cortamos rectángulos de masa de hojaldre, un poquito más grande que la medida del jamón.
Ponemos encima de la masa, una loncha de jamón, sobre ella una de queso y doblamos cerrándolo como un libro.
Hacemos lo mismo hasta terminar la masa.
Cerramos bien los bordes con la ayuda de un tenedor para que no salga el relleno.
Batimos el huevo y pintamos las napolitanas.
Espolvoreamos queso rallado por encima.
Colocamos las napolitanas sobre el papel de horno en una bandeja de hornear.
Introducimos en el horno a 200º sobre 15 ó 20 minutos o hasta que las veamos con un bonito color dorado.
