PASTA CON CIGALAS O LANGOSTINOS
INGREDIENTES
2 dientes de ajo laminados
3 o 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva Virgen Extra
10 Tomates Cherry
50 g de salsa de tomate
4 hojas de Albahaca
100 g de judías verdes cocidas
Sal
Pimienta
200 g de cinta o espaguetis
6 cigalas, langostinos o gambas
½ copa de vino blanco seco o “EL guiso”
1 cucharada de perejil fresco picado
ELABORACIÇON
En una sarténgrande doramos el diente de ajo con el aceite y añadimos los tomates partidos a la mitad, el bouquet de tomate y las hojas de albahaca. Incorporamos las judías verdes cocidas y cortadas. Salpimentamos y dejamos cocinar durante 5 minutos. Cocinamos la pasta elegida en una olla grande y seguimos las instrucciones del fabricante.
Añadimos a la sartén las gambas o el marisco elegido, mezclamos y mojamos con el vino.
Dejamos evaporar y cocinamos unos 10 minutos. Añadimos la pasta y salteamos un minuto.
Si la salsa que nos queda un poco seca, podemos añadir una cucharada de agua de hervir la pasta.
Servimos los espaguetis en un plato con 3 cigalas y espolvoreado del perejil picado.
