PIMIENTOS CONFITADOS
(THERMOMIX 21)
INGREDIENTES
100 g de pimiento verde
100 g de pimiento rojo
100 g de azúcar
100 g de agua
50 g de vinagre
1 tarrina de queso fhiladelphia
Biscotes o pan de molde
ELABORACIÓN
Ponemos en el vaso los pimientos y los troceamos 4 segundo en velocidad 3 ½.
Añadimos el azúcar, el agua y el vinagre y programamos 25 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1, sin poner el cubilete.
Comprobamos que no quedan restos en las paredes del vaso, de ser así, las bajamos con la espátula.
Ponemos el queso en un plato, lo aplanamos con el cuchillo y reservamos.
Dejamos enfriar el paté de pimientos y cubrimos todo el queso con la mezcla,
Servimos con biscotes.

ELABORACIÓN
Ponemos los pimientos en el vaso y los troceamos 5 segundos a velocidad 4.
Bajamos con la espátula lo que haya quedado en las paredes del vaso.
Añadimos el azúcar, el agua y el vinagre y programamos 25 minutos, temperatura Varoma, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara, quitamos el cubilete y colocamos el cestillo sobre la tapadera para que evapore.
Colocamos el queso en un plato de servir y distribuimos los pimientos confitados alrededor.
