QUESADA DE CANTABRIA MARITI

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 yogurt natural
  • 2 medidas de yogurt de azúcar
  • 2 medidas de yogurt de harina
  • 4 medidas de yogurt de leche entera
  • 2 huevos  M a temperatura ambiente
  • 125 de mantequilla derretida y fría
  • Canela para espolvorear

ELABORACIÓN

Encendemos el horno a 180º.

En un bol, ponemos todos los ingredientes. Batimos con batidor de varillas o con batidora eléctrica. Ponemos la mezcla en un molde previamente enharinado y enmantequillado. Metemos en el horno a 180º durante 10 minutos y después retiramos del horno, espolvoreamos de canela y volvemos a poner en el horno  a la misma temperatura durante 30 minutos.

Retiramos del horno, dejamos enfriar y uhmmmm esta riquísima.  

Nota.- Podemos sustituir la mantequilla por aceite de oliva o maíz o girasol
