TARTA DE CUAJADA

INGREDIENTES

  • Para la base:
  • Caramelo o base de galletas
  • Para la base de galletas:
  • 25 galletas, más ricas tipo granola
  • 125 gramos de mantequilla aproximadamente
  • Para la tarta:
  • 400 g de nata liquida
  • 250 g de leche de leche entera
  • 2 sobres de cuajada
  • 100 g de azúcar
  • 1 tarrina de queso Filadelfia o similar
  • Canela para la decoración

ELABORACIÓN

Par la base de galletas: Molemos las galletas hasta dejarlas muy finas, las pasamos a un bol y le añadimos la mantequilla.
Mezclamos bien con las manos hasta conseguir una masa que no se peque.
Colocamos en un molde desmoldable y extendemos por el fondo prensando la mezcla con las manos.
Aparte, hacemos la crema:
Batimos en un bol con la batidora, la leche, el azúcar y el queso.
Añadimos la nata y le damos dos golpes de batidora para evitar que se monte la nata., y añadimos la cuajada.
Ponemos todo junto en una tartera al fuego y cuando rompa a hervir, se retira rápidamente y se pone en el molde con la base de galletas.
También podemos caramelizar.
Dejamos enfriar y decoramos al gusto con la canela.
