MORCILLA DE CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTES
200 g de chocolate de cobertura
125 g de galletas maría
100 g de mantequilla
75 g de azúcar glas
75 g de frutos secos, almendras, pistachos, nueces, avellanas…
500 g de nata
ELABORACION
Pica bien las galletas y los frutos secos. Reserva. Mezcla la mantequilla en pomada con el azúcar glas hasta obtener una crema homogénea. Funde el chocolate a baño maría y añade la nata. Incorpora la crema de mantequilla y mezcla bien. Añade las galletas y los frutos secos picados y reserva en la nevera durante unos minutos hasta que se endurezca. Por último, envuelve en film transparente, dale forma de morcilla y mete en la nevera 4 horas minino. Sírvelo cortado en rodajas.
