BIZCOCHO DE ZANAHORIA O CARROT CAKE
Es un bizcocho súper fácil y con esa masa también podemos hacer o magdalenas o cupcakes.
INGREDIENTES
4 huevos
250 g de zanahorias ralladas
200 de harina
1 sobre de levadura química Royal
125 g de aceite maíz o girasol
200 g de azúcar
1 cucharada de canela molida
ELABORACIÓN
Precalentamos el horno a 180°C.
Rallamos las zanahorias y reservamos. En un bol batimos muy bien los huevos, añadimos el azúcar y seguimos batiendo. Añadimos el aceite, la zanahoria y la canela y batimos con la batidora hasta que se mezclen bien todos los ingredientes. Añadimos la harina previamente tamizada junto con la levadura. Seguimos batiendo hasta que quede todo muy bien integrado. Ponemos en el molde previamente engrasado y enharinado y metemos al horno durante 25 ó 30 minutos a 180º Comprobamos con una brocheta, si sale seca y ya tenemos listo nuestro bizcocho Carrot Cake. Dejamos enfriar.
COBERTURA
125 g de mantequilla
250 g de queso crema fhiladelphia
60 g de azúcar glas
ELABORACIÓN DE LA CREMA
En un bol, batimos la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que consigamos una crema. Añadimos el queso y continuaos batiendo hasta que todo quede como una suave crema.
OTRA.-podemos hacerlo con 200 g de queso cremoso, 60 g de nata y 50 g de azúcar glas. Batimos todos los ingredientes hasta conseguir una textura cremosa.
MONTAJE DE LA TARTA
Cortamos la tarta a la mitad y rellenamos con la crema, con el resto, cubrimos el bizcocho y decoramos con nueces.
Si no quieres hacer la crema, el bizcocho queda muy rico para desayunar o merendar.
