1 kilo de judías verdes cortadas las puntas y los laterales
Medio litro de agua.
5 g. de sal.
El zumo de medio limón.
PREPARACIÓN CON THERMOMIX
Cortamos las judías en trozos regulares, o las dejamos enteras, y las pasamos por agua fría para lavarlas bien. Las colocamos en tarros previamente esterilizados.
En el vaso de la thermomix disolvemos la sal con el agua y el zumo de limón y programamos 1 minuto, temperatura 37º, velocidad 1, Vertemos en los tarros. Los cerramos y bien y los ponemos a cocer al baño María cubriendo de agua los botes enteros durante unos 45 minutos.
