BIZCOCHO DE NARANJA
900 WATIOS DE POTENCIA
INGREDIENTES
- 80 g de harina
- 3 huevos a temperatura ambiente
- 160 g de azúcar
- 160 g de mantequilla
- ralladura de 1 naranja
- zumo de1/2 naranja
- 3 cucharadas de Cointreau (opcional)
- 50 g de almendras molidas
DECORACIÓN
- 1ªMermelada de naranja
- 2ªMerengue(claras montadas a punto de nieve con 3 cucharadas de azúcar)y quemado
- 3ªrodajas de naranja naturales, o pieles de naranja cortadas en julianas y en almibar
ELABORACIÓN
En un bol grande batimos los huevos con el azúcar y la ralladura de naranja hasta que doblen el volumen y consigamos el punto de relieve. Esto se hace mejor con la ayuda de una batidora.Si queremos que suban más «deprisa» debemos acercamos a una fuente indirecta de calor Fundimos la mantequilla al 50 % de potencia, cuando esté fundida se la añadimos a los huevos junto con el zumo de naranja o el Cointreau mezclando todo suavemente.Añadimos la almendra molida con movimientos envolventes para que los huevos no se bajen, y por último, incorporamos la harina tamizada de la misma forma con la ayuda de la mano o de la lengua. Volcamos esta mezcla en un molde de plum-cake, que previamente lo hemos untado con mantequilla. Introducimos en el horno, y lo colocamos encima de la rejilla de la fuente multiusos de Pirex o sobre un plato sopero invertido y cocemos el bizcocho durante 4 minutos al 100% de potencia. Estar atentos porque si el molde no es muy grande, el bizcocho puede salirse del molde,
ante lo cual hay que parar el microondas durante unos segundos, sin sacar el bizcocho del horno y luego continuar de la misma manera. Cuando pasen los 4 minutos, dejaremos un tiempo de reposo, después lo pincharemos en el centro y si no está del todo cocido lo pondremos 1 minuto más, (aunque no debería ser necesario). La aguja deberá salir limpia aunque la superficie resultara siempre mojada (por eso debemos recubrirla siempre con un glaseado). Dejamos enfriar un poco en el molde, sobre 5 minutos y desmoldamos.
1º DECORACTON: .-Lo cubrimos con la menne1ada de naranja. Si la mermelada estuviera muy espesa la podemos aligerar en el microondas. Ponemos la cantidad que vayamos a utilizar en un cuenco, lo introducimos en el horno microondas al 100 % durante 10 segundo o hasta que la veamos más fluida. Cuidado con los productos que tengan mucho azúcar porque ya sabéis que atraen las ondas muy rápidamente y se pueden quemar. Siempre debemos de introducir en el horno microondas los frascos de mermelada, miel o de cualquier otro producto sin tapa.
2º DECORACIÓN.- Montamos las claras a punto de nieve con azúcar glass, cubrimos el postre con este merengue y si queremos adornarlo más, espolvoreamos azúcar blanquilla y 10 quemamos con
un quemador.
3º DECORACIÓN.- Colocamos rodajas de naranja al natural, salpicado conjuliana de pieles de naranja en almíbar.
ALMIBAR.-
Podemos hacer un almíbar flojo con 2 decilitros de agua y 150 g de azúcar.Ponemos en una jarrita el agua y el azúcar, lo metemos en el microondas al 100% de potencia
durante 2 Ó 3 minutos, cuando el azúcar este disuelto le incorporamos la juliana de naranja y volvemos a meter en el microondas a la misma potencia hasta que las mondas estén blandas.
