COPA DE FRESAS CON NATA
INGREDIENTES
500 gr de fresas
1/2 litro de nata para montar o en spray
100 gr de azúcar
Restos de un bizcocho casero o magdalena
ELABORACION
Preparamos un bizcocho o magdalenas con alguna de las recetas que tenemos en el blog, de yogurt, de naranjas o de chocolate, lo dejamos enfriar, lo desmigamos y reservamos. En caso de que tengamos mucha prisa, podemos hacer este postre con magdalenas compradas
Cortamos las fresas y reservamos. En un bol ponemos la nata junto con el azúcar y con la ayuda de unas varillas montamos la nata.
Terminamos poniendo en un vaso o copa, primero bizcocho, sobre él, las fresas y terminamos con la nata, seguimos poniendo más capas, en este orden, hasta que terminamos.
Decoramos con fresas, cerezas en almíbar y una hojita de menta.
