FAJITAS MEJICANAS
INGREDIENTES
150 g de harina de trigo
50 g de aceite de oliva
50 g de agua templada
1 g de levadura prensada
Un pellizco de sal
ELABORACIÓN
Prepara un volcán con la harina y vete poniendo dentro el aceite, el agua templada con la levadura y la sal.
Empieza incorporando poco a poco la harina intentando no romper el volcán.
Trabaja la masa hasta que te quede lisa y elástica. Deja reposar en un bol tapada con un paño alejada de las corrientes durante 2 horas.
Cortamos en trozos de 15 gr aproximadamente y con un rodillo estiramos dándole forma redonda de unos 12 cm de diámetro.
Cocina en una sartén por las dos caras con un poquito de aceite de oliva.
La sirves rellenas con unas verduritas salteada con pollo o atún y podemos añadirle un poco de salsa picante o tabasco, cayena, chile o pimienta.
Están mucho más ricas que las compradas!!!!
