FLAN DE QUESO
INGREDIENTES
- 300 g de leche condensada
- 300 g de queso crema tipo Philadelphia
- 1/2 litro de leche entera
- 50 grs de azúcar (opcional)
- 1 cucharada de aroma de queso o aroma de vainilla
- 6 huevos G
- Para el caramelo
- 5 cucharadas de azúcar granulada blanca
- 3 cucharadas de agua y unas gotas de limón exprimido.
ELABORACIÓN DEL CARAMELO
Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados y mientras vamos haciendo el flan.
Ponemos una sartén al fuego, añadimos el azúcar, agua suficiente para mojar el azúcar y unas gotas de limón. Dejamos a fuego medio sin remover hasta que el azúcar cambie de color. Retiramos del fuego, seguimos removiendo y vamos caramelizando las paredes de las flaneras. Dejamos enfriar.
ELABORACIÓN DEL FLAN
Echamos en un bol la leche condensada, el queso, la leche, el azúcar si lo queremos un poco menos dulce, omitimos este paso y el aroma de queso o de vainilla. Batimos todo muy bien con la ayuda de una batidora.
Añadimos los huevos y batimos de nuevo hasta que quede una masa cremosa y homogénea.
Llenamos el molde o la bandeja del baño maría con agua caliente.
Ponemos la crema en los moldes de flan o en una flanera, los cubrimos con papel de aluminio y los metemos en el horno aproximadamente 40 minutos a unos 180ºº, hasta que los flanes estén cuajados y dorados. Los últimos 10 minutos de cocción le quitamos el papel de aluminio. Comprobamos con un palillo si están totalmente cuajados. Si sale limpio ya estarán listos, si no, los dejamos un poquito más.
Dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente y después los metemos en la nevera, estarán mucho mejor fríos y de un día para otro.
