INFUSION DE TOMILLO, ROMERO Y LIMÓN
INGREDIENTES
1 litro de agua
Un manojo de tomillo fresco
Un manojo de romero
El zumo de 2 limones
Piel de 1 limón
Miel de tomillo para endulzar
ELABORACIÓN
Calentamos el agua y la llevamos a ebullición. Añadimos los manojos de tomillo y de romero, el zumo de limón y las pieles.
Apagamos el fuego, tapamos y dejamos infusionar durante unos minutos.
Colamos y tomamos caliente endulzada con la miel de romero.
