MAGDALENAS DE CASTAÑA Y CHOCOLATE THERMOMIX
INGREDIENTES
150 gr de avellanas crudas sin piel
100 gr de chocolate negro en trozos
4 huevos M
120 gr de azúcar moreno
150 gr de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
560 gr de castañas cocidas peladas
1 sobre de levadura química (16gr)
1cucharadita de bicarbonato
ELABORACIÓN
Precalienta el horno a 200ºC. Pon las cápsulas de papel en los huecos del molde de las magdalenas Pon en el vaso las avellanas y el chocolate y ralla 10 seg/ vel 7. Retira a un bol y reserva.
Pon en el vaso los huevos, el azúcar moreno y la mantequilla y bate 1 min/vel 4. Añade las castañas cocidas y trocea 20 seg/vel 6. Con la espátula, baja los ingredientes hacia el fondo del vaso.
Agrega la levadura, el bicarbonato y la mezcla de chocolate y avellanas reservada. Mezcla 20 seg/vel 4. Termina de mezclar con la espátula y retira la masa del vaso a una manga pastelera. Rellena las capsulas hasta las ¾ partes (reserva la masa restante).
Hornea durante 30/35 minutos a 200ºC. Desmolda las magdalenas sobre una rejilla y repite el proceso hasta terminar la masa. Retira del horno, desmolda y sirve cuando estén completamente frías.
