PANECILLOS DE SEMILLAS
INGREDIENTES
250 g de harina de fuerza
250 g de harina floja
300 g de agua
10 g de sal
15 g de margarina
20 g de levadura
Simientes: amapola, sésamo o los que nos guste.
ELABORACION
Amasamos de forma tradicional, haciendo un volcán y amasamos hasta conseguir una masa lisa y elástica. Dividimos en piezas de 80 g y dejamos reposar tapadas durante 20 minutos en un lugar cálido, alejado de puertas y ventanas abiertas. Boleamos, y dejamos de nuevo levedar 30 minutos. Pulverizamos con agua la superficie y pasamos los bollitos boca abajo, sobre un plato con las simientes. Dejamos levedar con las simientes hacia abajo durante 45 minutos. Les damos la vuelta y las ponemos en una bandeja de horno con papel de hornear. Horneamos a 220 ºC durante 18 minutos
