TARTA DE CUMPLEAÑOS DE FRESAS CON NATA FROID
INGREDIENTES
Para el bizcocho:
3 huevos
1 yogurt natural
1 sobre de levadura Royal
Mantequilla
160 g de azúcar
170 g de harina
125ml de aceite de oliva suave
Para le relleno y la decoración:
500 g de fresas
250 g de nata para montar
ELABORACION
Mientras precalentamos el horno a 180º vamos preparando la masa del bizcocho. Mezclamos todos los ingredientes en un bol grande, empezando por los huevos, el yogurt natural y el aceite de oliva suave. A continuación, añadimos el azúcar y, por último, la harina y la levadura. La mantequilla solo la utilizaremos para el molde, para evitar que el bizcocho se pegue. Mezclamos y removemos bien la crema para evitar que queden grumos. Una vez que hayamos engrasado el molde con mantequilla. Vertemos la masa del bizcocho. Lo horneamos 30 minutos a 180ºC, con calor arriba y abajo. Ya tenemos el bizcocho listo. Dejaremos que se enfríe un poco antes de desmoldarlo. Después lo cortaremos por la mitad. En un bol montamos la nata con el azúcar. Cortamos el bizcocho en dos mitades y colocamos la parte de abajo del bizcocho sobre la bandeja en la que serviremos el pastel. A continuación, extendemos una buena capa de esa nata ya montada y colocamos encima las fresas que previamente habremos lavado y cortado. Tapamos con la otra mitad del bizcocho. Preparamos la decoración. Con una manga pastelera decoramos el borde y el centro con la nata montada. A continuación colocamos las fresas…y ya tenemos esa tarta de cumpleaños lista para celebrar!!!
