TARTA NEGRA

 

INGREDIENTES: para 6 personas

  • Para maceración (durante un mínimo de 6 meses)
  •  100 g. de pasas de Corinto
  •  100 g. de pasas de Málaga
  •  100 g. de orejones
  •  150 g. de frutas confitadas
  •  250 g. de ciruelas negras
  • 1 l. de ron oscuro añejo
  • PARA LA TARTA
  •  175 g. de mantequilla
  •  125 g. de azúcar
  •  3 huevos
  •  250 g. de harina
  •  ½ bolsita de levadura en polvo
  •  ½ cucharadita de sal
  •  PARA EL COLOR
  •  1 tableta de chocolate amargo
  •  4 cucharaditas de café instantáneo
  •  1 copita de ron
  •  Un poquito de harina, para espolvorear

PREPARACIÓN

Batimos la mantequilla hasta que quede cremosa, añadimos poco a poco el azúcar y seguimos batiendo hasta que se nos caiga la mano. Incorporamos los huevos enteros, uno a uno, y vamos batiendo siempre entre cada huevo; al echar el último, la masa debe parecer como cortada. Agregamos la harina tamizada con la levadura y la sal y revolvemos otro tanto hasta que se nos caiga la otra mano.
Derretimos el chocolate a baño María; una vez fundido, añadimos el café, las ciruelas maceradas y la copita de ron. Batimos todo hasta que quede uniforme, agregamos la mitad de las frutas maceradas y removemos bien. Incorporamos el conjunto del color a la masa.
Vertemos todo en un molde de queique, previamente enmantequillado y enharinado. Espolvoreamos un poco de harina sobre la otra mitad de las frutas de maceración y las incorporamos a la masa del molde, estando ya listo para hornear.
Introducimos la torta negra en el horno precalentado a 180º-200º por espacio de 45 minutos a 1 hora.
