BIZCOCHITA
Esta delicioso bizcochita, se lo dedico a mi cuñada Ita, me lo trajo cuando tuve a mi primera y maravillosa hija, (después tuve la segunda, igual de maravillosa, pero no recuerdo que me hubiera regalado otro bizcocho) por supuesto no voy a decir años, porque los bizcochos son intemporales, pero hacerlo y veréis como se para el tiempo saboreando un pedacito de este dulce.
INGREDIENTES
- 6 huevos M a temperatura ambiente
- 4 medidas de yogurt de azúcar
- 2 yogures naturales, griegos, bios o los que tú consumas
- 2 medidas de yogur de aceite, yo le pongo aceite de oliva suave
- 4 medidas de yogur de harina previamente tamizada
- 1 sobre de levadura royal
- Un pellizco de sal
ELABORACIÓN
Encendemos el horno a 180º.
Cascamos los huevos y los colocamos en un bol grande con el azúcar y batimos bien con una varilla manual o con batidora de varillas mejor. Añadimos el yogur, el aceite y el pellizc de sal seguimos batiendo.
Tamizamos la harina, la pasamos por un colador para que coja aire, junto con la levadura, la añadimos a la masa y mezclamos bien. Untamos un molde con mantequilla, espolvoréalo con harina y vertemos dentro la masa. Introducimos en el horno a 180ºC durante 50 minutos aproximadamente. Retiramos el bizcocho del horno y dejamos que se entibie, le pasamos un cuchillo por los bordes del molde para sacarlo fácilmente y desmoldamos.
Puedes espolvoréalo con azúcar glas y servirlo, y ya me contaras….
