CREMA DE CALABAZA
900 W ATIOS DE POTENCIA MÁXIMA
INGREDIENTES
- 1/2 kilo de calabaza
- 1 puerro mediano (solo utilizamos la parte blanca)
- 1 patata mediana o copos de patata
- 30 gramos(3 cucharadas) de aceite de oliva o mantequilla
- Aceite de oliva virgen
- 1 litro de agua o caldo caliente
- 1/2 litro de leche caliente
- Aceite de oliva virgen
- 4 cucharadas de crema de leche
- Sal
ELABORACIÓN
En una olla ponemos el aceite o la mantequilla, se calienta en el horno microondas, conectado al 100% de potencia durante 1 minuto.Transcurrido ese tiempo se añaden los puerros cortados en rodajas finas, sazonamos con sal.Tapamos o cubrimos con film especial para microondas y metemos en el horno por espacio de 2 minutos, removiendo cada minuto. Destapamos y añadimos la calabaza, la patata troceada, el caldo y la leche y volvemos a meter en el horno microondas por espacio de 15 minutos a la misma potencia. Si no estuviera bien cocida, la dejariamos unos minutos más. Cuando este tierna, se tritura todo y se rectifica de sal.La sopa se pasa a un cuenco de cristal donde se le agrega la nata o en su lugar distribuimos la crema caliente en cuencos individuales y se vierte por encima de cada uno de ellos un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen.
