PASTELITOS PORTUGUESES
INGREDIENTES
- 300 ml nata líquida
- 150 gr azúcar glas
- 6 yemas de huevo
- 200 gr masa de empanadillas de hojaldre La Cocinera)
ELABORACIÓN
Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados.
Cortamos discos del hojaldre y forramos unos moldes de magdalenas, que si son de silicona no hará falta engrasarlos.
En un cazo, ponemos la nata y el azúcar, removemos para que se disuelva y calentamos a fuego bajo.
Aparte, en un bol, batimos las yemas hasta que blanqueen y queden cremosas.
Las añadimos a la nata caliente sin dejar de remover y ponemos a cocer al baño María hasta que la crema espese un poco, sin dejar de remover).
Vertemos la crema en los moldes sin llegar a llenarlos.
Horneamos durante 30 min.
