TARTA DE REQUESÓN Y YOGURT
INGREDIENTES
- 4 huevos M a temperatura ambiente
- 2 yogures naturales o naturales azucarados
- 2 medidas de azúcar (del vaso de yogurt)
- 1 medida de nata (del vaso de yogurt)
- 300 g de Requesón o queso Philadelphia
- 2 medidas de harina (del vaso de yogurt)
- Mermelada de frambuesa o la que más nos guste para decorar
ELABORACIÓN
Encendemos el horno 180º, o a 200 mientras preparamos la tarta de queso para que se caliente rápido porque su elaboración es muy sencilla.
En un bol, mezclamos todos los ingredientes, los huevos, los yogures, el azúcar, la nata y el requesón o el queso, lo que más nos guste, batimos con la minipimer hasta que nos quede una crema ligera, incorporamos la harina previamente tamizada y volvemos a batir de nuevo, esta vez para conseguir una crema homogénea, sin grumos. Untamos un molde de horno, tipo lasañera con mantequilla y espolvoreamos con harina. Vertemos la mezcla y bajamos la temperatura si la hemos puesto alta a 170º para su cocción. La dejamos en el horno sobre 30 minutos aproximadamente, dependiendo de la altura de la tarta, es decir del tamaño del molde, para saber que está, utilizaremos el truco del palillo, se pincha en la tarta y si sale limpio, ya está hecha, en las tartas de queso, siempre saldrá el palillo algo húmedo. La retiramos del horno, y la dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente. Podemos decorar con una mermelada de frambuesa, o al gusto de nuestros comensales.
